We are seeking part-time and full-time nurses to join our team
to provide care for our geriatric residents.
RN: Full or part time starting at $35.00 to $40.00 per hour, and more based upon experience.
$4000 Hiring Bonus, $1500 per Year Retention Bonus, Bonus Pay for Additional Shifts, Shift Differential, Overtime Pay Available.
LPN: Full or part time starting at $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, and more based upon experience.
$4000 Hiring Bonus, $1500 per Year Retention Bonus, Bonus Pay for Additional Shifts, Shift Differential, Overtime Pay Available.
*Must maintain at least 16 hours per week for sign on & retention bonuses*

Essential Job Functions
- Assist with resident admissions and discharges as needed.
- Pass medications as prescribed by resident’s physician.
- Assist residents who are in transition i.e., return from hospital after an illness.
- Effectively manage resident and family concerns.
- Develop and maintain good working relationship and good attitude with intradepartmental personnel.
- Evaluate residents changing needs. Document and report as needed to immediate supervisor.
- Coordinate and assist with residents ADL as needed.
- Answer call lights in a timely manner.
- Communicate with collaborating physician.
- Maintain accurate resident records.
Qualifications
- L.P.N. or RN., preferably with Long Term Care experience. Current state licenses to practice as a nurse. Current CPR certification.
- Must be dependable.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, walk and stand for extended periods of time.
- The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds.
