Skilled Nursing
Lena Living Center offers 24-hour skilled nursing care tailored to individual needs. Our team of Nursing professionals are trained to handle the most complicated care needs to the basic care needs.
Rehabilitative Care
When recovering from a fall, surgery or sickness, the rehabilitation process can be stressful. Lena Living center is here to help you and your loved one through that process by offering a specialized recovery plan designed for each individual with physical therapy, care and attention. So, no matter if your stay is for a short period of time, or for an extended amount of time, we have a care plan that works best for the needs of the resident. The objective of our rehabilitation program is to return our residents to their fullest potential.
Long-Term Care
The abilities of every resident who lives in long-term care varies. Our approach is to personalize our approach to care, treatments and activities of daily living. Every resident has a personal care plan with an on-going assessment of changing needs.
Respite Care
Respite programs provide planned short-term and time-limited breaks for families and other unpaid caregivers of children with a developmental delay or behavioral problems, and adults with an intellectual disability or cognitive loss in order to support and maintain the primary caregiving relationship. Respite also provides a positive experience for the person receiving care. The term “short break” is used in some countries to describe respite care.

Doll Memorial Apartments offers one, and two-bedroom apartments to seniors. Each resident has the independence and freedom to experience life without the burden and stress of home ownership. Support services include weekly housekeeping, noon meal, maintenance, all utilities, bed check are included for one monthly fee.
